Thank you so much, Import Tech! Quick but careful service. Very affordable shop. Genuine, kind people. At a previous shop, I was told $10k to fix or junk it and catch a flight. Terry fixed my problem in ONE HOUR. I was very confident to go the 700 miles left in the trip. She’s been running great since. Import Tech saved me lots of money and from a hell of a headache. Can’t thank you guys enough.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I was in the middle of a long road trip back to Louisiana when the AC went out in my BMW, and with the heat it quickly became a real problem. I stopped in hoping they might be able to take a quick look, even though I knew I was just passing through. Despite being busy, they took the time to fit me in and figure out what was going on. They were incredibly kind, professional, and understanding about my situation. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, but they got it fixed and had me back on the road the same day. When you’re traveling and something like that happens, it can be stressful, but they made the whole experience easy and reassuring. I’m really grateful for the extra effort they put in to help someone who was just passing through town. If you’re local or ever need help with your vehicle, this is the kind of honest, hardworking shop you want to support. Thank you again for the great service and for getting me safely back on the road
